1:1 Coaching
Private coaching, built for your body.
One container. Six tracks. We find what is actually driving how you feel, change one system at a time, and you walk away understanding your own physiology for good.
What you get
Everything that makes this feel personal instead of improvised.
A full onboarding
An in-depth intake, a safety and history review, and a 60-minute kickoff call where we name what we're solving and why now.
Your Hormone Map
A living, personalized picture of your six systems that we build together and update as you change. This is the thing you keep.
Calls on a rhythm
Focused coaching calls at a cadence that fits your container. Every call has a shape, so it moves you forward instead of catching up.
A weekly written check-in
You check in once a week. I reply in writing within 48 hours, every week, with something I noticed in your data that you didn't mention.
Protocols to your data
Small, time-bound experiments chosen from what your body actually shows, never more than two at once, every one evaluated honestly.
Capacity that flexes
Every protocol comes in high, medium, and low versions. On a hard week you drop to the floor version. Nothing here requires a good week.
The spine of it all
The Hormone Map is what you hold.
Most coaching hands you a plan. This hands you an understanding of yourself.
Your map turns your intake, your daily tracking, and your labs (if you have them) into one clear picture of your six systems: what each one is doing, where your capacity already lives, and what to build next. We publish your first version early, then a new version at every milestone, so a year of change becomes something you can actually see and keep.
Written on your map
"Visible regrowth. Hair moves on a three to six month cycle, so we measure shedding first and regrowth second. You will see the change around month six."
System card
Metabolic & Thyroid
Your energy curve has a shape, and it is not a flaw in you. Fuel timing is one of the most responsive levers you own.
Your tools, by capacity
A sample system card from a real Hormone Map.
Six tracks
Chosen from your intake, not from a shelf.
Your track is the clinical focus we work inside your container. We choose it together from what your body is telling us, and in the longer container we add a second once the first has proven it held.
Stress & Nervous System Recovery
Cortisol rhythm, HPA axis, burnout, and the wired-and-tired loop.
Sleep & Circadian Restoration
Melatonin, sleep architecture, 3am waking, and powering down at night.
Cycle & Sex Hormone Regulation
Cycle charting, ovulation, luteal support, PMS, and post-pill recovery.
Digestive Health & Nutrient Absorption
Digestive capacity, motility, estrogen clearance, and food tolerance.
Metabolic & Thyroid Restoration
Blood sugar, energy, muscle, thyroid, and fuel adequacy.
Mood & Neurotransmitter Support
Serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin, light, connection, and mood physiology.
Two containers
Choose the length your goal actually needs.
Some goals shift in twelve weeks. Others need more time to hold. On your call we'll be honest about which one yours is, before you commit to anything.

How it works
Four stages, repeated for every track.
Assess
We open a clean baseline. Your tracking runs, your first Hormone Map is published, and no protocol starts until your body has given us something real to work from.
Build
The curriculum teaches one concept at a time while your first protocols go in, never more than two at once, each one small enough to actually do.
Test
We evaluate honestly and keep only what earned its place. A protocol that changed nothing still counts. It took something off your list.
Root
We integrate what worked into your real life, and you leave with a written plan and a letter you wrote to the woman who started week one.

The weekly rhythm
Support that carries you between calls.
The written check-in is the product. Once a week you tell me how it went and where the friction is. Within 48 hours you get a reply that is specific to you: one thing I noticed in your data, a clear answer or a named reason it's a call topic, an adjustment or an honest "hold steady, here's why," and one line that is only about you.
No live messaging, in any container. That boundary is exactly what lets every reply be thoughtful instead of rushed.
This is for you if
- You've done "everything right" and still feel awful.
- You want to understand your body, not just be handed a plan.
- You're ready to add and build rather than cut and restrict.
- You want a real person reading your data every week.
What this is not
This is not therapy, not diagnosis, not a meal plan, and not weight loss. It is education and root-cause coaching. If something belongs with a physician or a licensed therapist, I will tell you plainly and help you get there. Referral is never a failure, and it is part of doing this well.
Good questions
Before you book.
How much does it cost?
Investment depends on the container that fits your goal, so we talk about it on your free health consultation once we know which one that is. You can pay in full or spread it into flexible monthly payments through Affirm or Klarna.
Are labs included?
Labs are not included in any container. You're welcome to bring labs you already have, and I'll review them and fold them into your map at no charge. If your goal needs new testing, that's a separate add-on we'll discuss.
Which container should I choose?
We decide together on your call. If your goal is something like hair regrowth, fertility, iron repletion, or coming off contraception, twelve weeks would end right as results begin, and I'll say so honestly rather than sell you a container that's too short.
What if I have a hard week?
That's expected, and it's built in. Every protocol has a floor version, so a low-capacity week means you drop to one small action and stay on it. You don't fall off. Partial always counts.
Do you work with medical conditions?
Some conditions are managed by your physician, and I coach around them rather than through them. We name any boundaries on your kickoff call so nothing surprises you mid-program. Certain situations are referred out first, with care.
Let's map it out
Start with a free health consultation.
No pressure and no script. We'll talk through what's going on, whether this is the right fit, and which container your goal actually needs.
